This rapidly-developing company didn’t realise how long it could take to recover if their I.T. systems in the event of a disaster. Now, they have a Disaster Recovery (DR) plan with a new VEEAM backup services, virtualisation of server and we set them up with Office 365 for cloud-based email which can still be used in the event of an outage. Their recovery time in the event of a disaster has gone down from two weeks to two days!

An engineering company in Colne install anti-exploit, anti-ransomware software from Sophos. The Intercept X software reduces the risk of ransomware and email-borne viruses affecting their busy network. With 60+ email users, this one’s a no-brainer for any company that trades via email.

These sleek all-in-one computers are used for front of house reservations in their high-profile establishments around the north-west. They make a great first impression for customers.



High-tech digital company improves their backup to keep up with their fast-growing pace

This high-tech digital company in North Manchester needed lots of disk space for their data backups and long-term archives. We installed an HP StoreEasy network storage appliance with 32TB of disk space and the latest VEEAM backup software. Now their backups are fast, reliable and can be easily restored when needed.



Neglected system overhauled after reading about increased risk of cybercrime in the news

A Rochdale-based manufacturer had a neglected and stagnated system leaving them vulnerable to attack. Due to increasing awareness of cybercrime, the Managing Director organised a consultative day with one of our team who found many security holes and suggested boosting security at the entry and endpoints as well as defence in depth for backups. They are now at a level where their cyber threat vulnerability has massively decreased.


NCS to the rescue for Bolton charity

A charity in Bolton needed to replace their main fileserver in a hurry. We supplied them with new equipment, installed it, transferred across all their important data and connected up all their users in the space of a few days.
