New Server Monitoring Software for NCS Customers

We have invested in new software from N-able that will allow customers 24/7 access to their own server monitoring portal.

For those customers on managed service contracts with us, any potential threats the system identifies will automatically be raised as a support ticket in Autotask, our ticket management portal.  An IT Engineer can then assess the query before any problems arise.
