New customer portal is live!

NCS have recently launched a new simple helpdesk portal for customers –

This allows you to*:-

  • Raise a new support ticket and view the progress of existing requests
  • View detailed reports from your Sonicwall firewall
  • Quickly provide remote access to your PC for our helpdesk engineers
  • View the status of your monitored servers

This is already proving very successful, with a number of customers taking advantage of the ability to raise and monitor support tickets especially.
