NCS new VoIP phone system goes live

Late last week our new VoIP (Voice over IP) PBX phone system went live.

Our new system we believe, will provide NCS with additional features that will serve us well for the coming years.

One major change customers will now see is our automated answering service which will guide you through to individual departments within the company. We would welcome your views on this new facility.
