NCS announce extended helpdesk hours


From the 1st of July, the NCS support desk will be available from 8am in the morning.


This extended trial period will run for three months. This will allow customers to contact the support staff an hour earlier than the current start time of 9am. If the trial proves to be successful then we will look at making this a permanent arrangement.

Currently, it is possible to start a support ticket via email or voicemail out of hours.
