There are some really useful apps around which can help your business, we’ve put together a list of our favourites:
CRM – Customer Relationship Management apps. There’s lots of different ones about – Act!, Zoho and Salesforce amongst others, and these can help your Sales team by allowing them to track emails sent and phone calls made to their prospect data so they can ensure that the correct people are being contacted.
Skype – videoconferencing doesn’t get much easier than with Skype and with Skype For Business, which is now free with most Office 365 plans, colleagues can speak to each other easily without having to use email.
PayPal – this convenient platform is recognisable by most people nowadays and allows you to link your bank accounts making paying people and getting paid quick and painless.
Dropbox – this is one of the most popular platform on which to store and share files on the cloud. However it is not always ideal for businesses because of the security.
MailChimp – an email marketing tool which allows you to build and manage your mailing list and easily create and send newsletters to your contacts.
Hootsuite – one of the most widely used social media management tools, allowing you to monitor all your social media in one program.
