Network Support Engineers



We are currently recruiting for two technicians to join our growing Technical Team.

  • 1 x 2nd line helpdesk
  • 1 x 3rd line helpdesk + on-site support/project work

NCS run a busy team of engineers split between support/project engineers out of the office and a helpdesk team. We are looking for two new staff to join our helpdesk/technical team and the successful candidates will act as second/third line engineers assisting the team with more complex issues and triaging problems up to the Technical Director if required.

Some of the key skills required;

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ideally previous MSP support including cloud backup, hosted desktop etc
  • Office 365 deployment and troubleshooting
  • Windows Server 2008/2012/2016 + Hyper-V
  • Exchange Server
  • Backup software including Veeam, Altaro etc
  • HP/Dell/Fujitsu Server Hardware
  • Windows 7 & 10
  • Network hardware + switches + firewalls (SonicWALL) (LANs/WANs/VPNs etc)
  • Sophos & Webroot antivirus platforms
  • Ideally the successful candidates will have existing Microsoft qualifications
