Our online, fully automated disaster recovery system works to ensure that your data is completely backed up to our servers at any time. Our servers are located in two separate geographical areas in secure facilities, protected from drive failures and natural disasters.
Supporting all common operating systems NCS Onine Data Backup can easily backup or restore your data to any computer.
Continuous backup ensures data is constantly being synced with our servers so if your computer does fail you will not suffer any data loss.
Security
We aim to keep your data secure; our backup solution will encrypt your data with 256-bit encryption with an encrypting key selected by you.
For extra security you can also back up your critical data using a secure SSL channel which will further increase the level of security.
Compression
Compressing your data ensures that you make the most of your backup capacity. Microsoft office documents can be compressed by up to 80%.
Windows System Backup and Restore
For computers running Microsoft Windows Vista Business/Enterprise/Ultimate Edition or Windows Server 2008, NCS Onine Data Backup is able to perform Windows System Backup and Restore. Moreover, for other Windows versions, NCS Onine Data Backup is also able to perform Windows System Backup and Restore.
Web Based Data Restore
Our software is compatible will all browsers, allowing you to backup and restore your backed up data through any web browser.
Your backed up data can also be restored to any computer that has the NCS Onine Data Backup client application installed.
Comprehensive Backup Report and Statistics
Receive backup reports with your overall backup status and statistics, the report contains numbers of new, updated, deleted and moved files being backed up. You will also be notified if any errors occurred during backup.
Flexible Backup Schedule
Our flexible backup scheduler allows you to implement your desired backup policy, scheduling your backup at a time that is suitable for you. Create multiple backup schedules to backup different files at a specific time and at multiple times per day.
Centralized Web Management Console
NCS Onine Data Backup provides you with a centralised web management console which allows you to manage the whole backup system from anywhere at anytime through any web browsers.
Restoring Data
Data can be restored at just the click of a ‘restore’ button. Simply select the date from which you want to recover work, find the file(s) or folder(s) you want to retrieve and click ‘restore’. You can then choose where to save your restored file to.
